New eBike Returns
All bikes must be returned within 7 days of purchase and MUST be in LIKE NEW condition with less than 20 miles above the mileage already on the bike when purchased. Return must be accompanied by the original receipt.
Upon inspection, the bike must have:
- NO damage to the battery
- NO large dents anywhere on the bike
- NO exposed wires
- NO signs of melting or overheating
- NO water damage
- NO signs of abuse
Upon return approval, a restocking fee of 50% of the purchase price will be subtracted from the refund.
Any shipping costs incurred at the purchase are NON-REFUNDABLE.
Used eBike Returns
