Your eBike is an investment in freedom, and we’re here to help you protect it. Our in-house repair shop is equipped to handle everything from tune-ups to total overhauls—no matter where you bought your bike. We service all major brands and models with quality parts and expert hands.

Seasonal tune-ups for long-term storage or post-storage checkups

We can come to you too. At-home services are available for an additional service fee of $25 (repair fees billed separately).

Emergency Trailside Assistance
Got a flat on the trail? Battery died miles from home? Don’t worry—Carousel eBikes to the rescue. Our Emergency Trailside Assistance service is here for those unexpected moments that could otherwise ruin your ride.
Just give us a call, and one of our rescue techs will head your way. If we can fix the issue right on the spot—great! If not, we’ll get your eBike safely back to the shop and fast-track the repair to get you back in action.
We’ve even got your back when cell signals fail. Pick up a Signal Smoke rescue beacon at the shop—these compact, trail-safe devices help guide rescuers directly to your location in areas with poor reception.
Emergency Service Fee:
$75–$150 based on location (repair fees billed separately)

Service Plans do not include brake bleeding, suspension servicing, or dropper post services. Pricing excludes consumables and non-reusable parts. Service plans are valid for three years. Three services can be used anytime within the three years. The plan is not transferable to another person or bike. The service plan can be purchased at the time of bike purchase. The service plan does not include parts or additional labor. The service plan must be presented when you bring your bike in for service.
